Strategically located in the heart of Dhaka, our state-of-the-art Fortified Rice Kernel (FRK) factory plays a pivotal role in addressing malnutrition and supporting food security. In close collaboration with the Ministry of Food and the World Food Programme (WFP), we produce globally standard fortified rice kernels, tailored to meet Bangladesh’s nutritional needs.

Established in October 2024, our factory specializes in the manufacturing of high-quality fortified food products, supporting institutional feeding programs and national health missions.

Fully Automated Plant with Traceability:

·        Hot Extrusion:  70-90°C for nutrient stability

·        7-Layer Drying:  ±2°C precision control

·        Batch Coding:  Full traceability from production to delivery  

 Specialized Equipment: 

·        Twin-screw extruders (DZ 110-II, 125 kW) with EU-grade 38CrMoAl screws

·        X-ray scanners & metal detectors (HACCP CCP-1)
